Yes, this show is about members of the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic peacekeeping force whose members wear rings that give them powers (and we love that). But there’s a lot more about this series that has us intrigued. Like, why is it also apparently a gritty murder mystery set in rural Nebraska? And what does it mean that HBO, the king of prestige TV, picked it up, with three legendary writers at the helm: Chris Mundy (Ozark), Damon Lindelof (LOST), and Tom King (The Vision)?
