[00:00:00] I know it wasn't the greatest team mate. I did some shitty things. I said some shitty
[00:00:16] things but I want each and every one of you to know that I'm truly sorry and I'm ready
[00:00:21] to do whatever it takes to make it up to you. Yeah. You called me a jaundiced worm. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, isanya to the front of the show, which, you know, I checked the fandom wiki this morning. And Sam Obisanya is still a guest star at this point. He is not in the regular cast. Like he't think so. I think she was already, because everything that she was doing in this episode for Sam with the Dubai Air stuff, she was already doing, because remember she was having those press conferences, or she was having meetings with the team looking for things that they wanted to represent.
[00:04:23] So-
[00:04:23] I thought that was later, the Rollows talk.
[00:04:26] That already happened.
[00:04:27] Rollows already happened?
[00:04:28] Yeah. Just check the show notes to find out when exactly that is. So you know what time to skip so that you can come back for when we do some favorite quotes and feedback after that. There's some good ones this week. There's a couple good ones. See, I've taken a lesson from you and I pull up the transcript now. Mainly because I used to hand write the quotes in my notebook.
[00:05:44] Yeah.
[00:05:45] And now I just copy and paste them onto a beginning because this is something I told you before. This is one of my favorite cold opens of the entire series.
[00:07:00] And there's a number of different elements to it.
[00:07:03] First off, we meet S says the beard, like, should I tell Rebecca? And he's like, no. So I don't think he's ever told Rebecca about their night together, but who, like why would anybody not suspect that Sassy,
[00:08:20] of course, was gonna say something to Rebecca?
[00:08:21] They're best friends.
[00:08:23] Exactly.
[00:08:24] Like, best friends talk about everything. I'm just like this. And if it's meant to be a joke on Ted's behalf, he killed it because I couldn't tell. I thought for a minute there he was being serious. You know, well, and it's weird that he would say that in front of Rebecca too. And you know, I thought that that whole scene was just so painfully awkward that when he finally left,
[00:09:40] I was like, oh, thank God he's gone.
[00:09:43] But that is what leads to my favorite part
[00:09:46] of the entire scene. not somebody that you want in your bedroom. And that just goes to show you how well he pulls off that character, because you see him in everything else he does, like with the beard scruff, and like he's a good looking dude. I'm not gonna shame to admit it. But yeah, as Ted Lasso, it's like trying to picture Mr. Rogers in bed.
[00:11:00] Oh, oh, God, Lee, you just hit it, right?
[00:11:05] Yep, okay.
[00:11:06] That's what it's just. Oh, man.
[00:12:20] Okay.
[00:12:21] We're spending too much time on Ted's sexual ex-sexual.
[00:12:22] Yeah, a little bit, but you know that's okay.
[00:12:25] Yeah.
[00:12:26] Um, take us in. with Sam, with Colin. So it's really fun to watch because I think that we're all Nate in this episode when Nate's like, oh, they're gonna kill him. And he has like just glee on his face. And he's like, I'm sorry, but he wasn't nice to me either. So this is a big deal for me too. You know, like beard and Ted,
[00:13:40] I don't think they really quite get the toxicity
[00:13:43] that he had over this team
[00:13:46] until he saw that this team would like out. So I thought it came out with Oh, I'm sorry. Three years. November 12 2020 was when it released. Okay. Interesting. Okay. Well, then I yeah, I stand corrected. But he thought he could buy them off. He thought they could he could buy them off and dazzle them with all of his
[00:15:00] goals and you know, the them learned more, you haven't. We're a team. Yeah. So that's not gonna work. Right. And that's the one glaring, Kitty, that's the one glaring weakness that Jamie has
[00:16:22] that I don't think he understands is,
[00:16:24] is as much of a weakness as it is,
[00:16:26] is that he's not thinking about the reasons behind that. And it's very interesting when Sam, you know, when you fast forward into the locker room later, when Sam's putting the tape over the Dubai air logo, there's a moment where you can, it pans over to Jamie and you can see Jamie finally gets it. Like you said, there's a moment that it just kind
[00:17:42] of clicks. And I think a lot of that comes down its huge. It's their biggest, it's their biggest, um, sponsor. Right. And Sam addresses the, the team and he's just like, listen, I don't expect any of you to do this. Okay. You have to understand why we as Nigerians are going to do this. This is not something we want to put on you.
[00:19:02] And I think that that has a really big effect on Jamie as well, because Jamie and like the respect that they have between them without saying it. And then at the end, after they lose the game, and they're back in the locker room and it's Jamie, it's Jamie that they're celebrating the loss, but they're celebrating Sam at the same time too. And it's Jamie's the one that steps up and says like,
[00:20:21] we're proud of what you did, we stand behind you like it.
[00:20:23] He's the one that's addressing it.
[00:20:25] And it's a conversation with Higgins, I think it's Keeley and Nora where they're talking
[00:21:42] about the financial trouble that the team is already in.
[00:21:47] Yeah. his values and his morals and he's so kind. And he, I mean, he even went into the office and said, listen, I'm really sorry to do this to you. I know that this is going to be a problem, but let me tell you the problem that I am having right now with this ad campaign. And Rebecca didn't even think twice. She goes, we've got this. It's handled.
[00:23:00] I don't want you to worry about it for one more second.
[00:23:04] That is, and I'm coming off of leaving a job that they can keep Dubai Air as a sponsor. But I don't think, I wanna give Rebecca a little bit more respect than that and say that I don't think she would have dropped Sam. Okay. Just because I think she already knew the kind of. I think not about having respect for her or not. It's just a money, it's a business decision. It's a business decision, yeah.
[00:24:20] Yeah.
[00:24:21] But no, I'd like to think that Rebecca's morals
[00:24:24] were already beyond that.
[00:24:25] And I don't think she would have, that ignores that call. And that's the moment where we see like, okay, Rebecca's behind this too. Like she's standing behind her team. The whole stadium is applauding the team for their protest, you know? And when you have the public support of it,
[00:25:43] like it's really difficult to back down from that I don't think it's untrue at all. His Nigerian heritage is so important to him. It tr's funny because we were talking about this last night, that Trent Crem is a serious journalist. And
[00:28:22] he's on the football circuit for this is the album. Did you see his eyes though? Because he took his pen and he just pointed it out and he's like, no, follow up question. Please. Thank you. And then he says, Sam, are you openly accusing the Nigerian government of
[00:31:01] corruption? And Sam says, yes, I am.
[00:31:03] And then that's pretty much.
[00:31:05] Beautiful. conference at the White House with the cast of Ted Lasso. It was obviously like Brendan Hunt, Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, a number of the players. And they were doing this press conference and it was on, I think, mental health and sports. They were actually talking a little bit about that. And they were asking reporters in the press room for questions and towards the end
[00:32:23] of it, they said that they only had time for one precarious position. And he was prepared to go that road alone. And I think because Sam is who he is and because he usually has the moral high ground anyways,
[00:33:42] he has unending support from everybody around him because you can't help but support Sam something that affected his country. I'm trying to find it now. Oh yeah, they say, why are you, what are you doing? Is Dubai Air not paying you enough? He says, no Dubai, Arizona, and by a horrible company, one that has turned the southern coast of Nigeria into a hellish fiery swamp. I can no longer wear their name on my chest.
[00:35:01] That was enough information.
[00:35:03] Yeah.
[00:35:04] Well, especially since they were like,
[00:35:07] razzing him about his endorsement deal. We would have been kicked off the team. Yeah. That would have been the end of Sam Obisanya. Yeah, he would have been punished. The lasso effect has taken hold. It's we are being shown that the audience is being shown that the lasso effect is working. Yeah, it's real.
[00:36:20] Yeah, it's real.
[00:36:22] But, you know, let's turn from the lasso effect
[00:36:26] to the tasso effect. But yeah, like it's something that they've done, but it's never worked before. But you got to love that Ted has like he's not giving up on it. It will work eventually. Well, and he really fully commits to this role. Yeah, he does. Which is fantastic.
[00:37:41] But it says a lot too in that, you know, really, like, affected him. He apologized and, you know, he, he didn't mean to do it, but he was drunk. He was drunk? Yeah. Yeah. So he definitely has some things that he keeps bottled up inside. And he's found some creative ways to let it out. But I loved it because it looked like it was going to work at first because Jamie's like, stop
[00:39:02] yelling at us. Like, like, please stop. He's like, Oh, we want to suck. But he still backs Ted in his decision to try it. Because Ted's head coach. Well, not only that, but I think it's a little bit more than that. I think it's also that podiatrist. Do you want to come? She's like, Oh, yes, please. He's like, See, I don't understand it. It's fucking annoying. I don't know what that's how it is.
[00:41:40] So Rebecca's like, Do you want to go to work with me?
[00:41:43] And Nora is just like, kid. Well, and you know, you know that the pedigree that Stinky and Sassy are, they went to all the best schools in Britain. So you know that as a world-renowned psychologist, psychiatrist, whatever, that Sassy is, obviously
[00:43:04] she's putting her daughter last time we see Nora. But actually, I don't know if we ever see her in season three. I don't think we do. I don't think we do. I think we only see her maybe one or two more times more in season two. She's fantastic. I wish that that I wish that she had been on it more.
[00:44:20] But I understand it's an adult show. Can't have too many children on the show.
[00:44:24] Yeah, yeah, for sure.
[00:45:23] Undermining anybody in this episode like we've seen in the past two. No, he's not, but he's also making it known that he is very particular when it comes to women.
[00:45:29] And then he says, turns out women are also very big.
[00:45:34] Yes.
[00:45:34] Which is hilarious because he's sitting there going like, you know, oh, well, I'll only date like certain kinds of women.
[00:45:40] And he's like, but you know, goes both ways.
[00:46:44] you were just in a non-digital relationship. You know?
[00:46:45] Because they could see what you're downloading,
[00:46:47] what you have on your phone, on your computer.
[00:46:51] I mean, that's a big step.
[00:46:53] I didn't really realize that that was a big step
[00:46:56] in a relationship because I got married
[00:46:58] and when I got married, iPhones came out.
[00:47:02] You know?
[00:47:02] So I really did. Right, digital intimacy. I mean, not like I have anything to hide,
[00:48:20] but I just don't like that transparency.
[00:48:27] I don't like it.
[00:48:28] Totally agree. and they leave. But did you happen to notice what Hagan's ringtone was? I did not, no. It's the Rolling Stone song She's a Rainbow. Aww. Which I just think is so sweet because one, it really dies in, because it is a lesser known song by the Rolling Stones.
[00:49:41] Not as many people, it's popular, but not as many,
[00:49:44] it's not as big as satisfaction or anything like that. is an unsung hero of this show for sure. I love Higgins. Absolutely. Yeah. But I think going over looking over my notes, let's see, we talked about the text from Sam's dad. We talked about Sam showing Jamie on the field that they're better on the pitch, that they're better. Uh, Nate getting pleasure out of the thought of Jamie getting hurt.
[00:51:03] Uh, you know, oh, here's of the episode, I think Ted could give him the same look. Well, and that's another beauty of Ted's coaching too, is that Ted had confidence that this would work and that when no one else stand. And the stuff, like we're just about to go into spoiler territory, but non-specific spoiler, man, the stuff with his Nigerian heritage that we have yet to get is great, because this is not the end. No, no, no, no, this is just the beginning.
[00:53:42] Yeah, there's some really great heritage moments Because I mean, we're straight people and we know what grinder is. Exactly. It made me think that just Colin was making a joke. Right. Right. But you see that he has fear in his eyes on a second look. Well, because everybody's looking at him. Well, but he has said something and he just realized he got a little too comfortable because he still has to put on a show.
[00:55:02] Yeah.
[00:55:02] Everybody, as everybody gets comfortable with each other and they're allowed to
[00:55:05] be their, their true selves, especially with Sam in this episode where
[00:56:09] spoiler. One of the other spoilers that I that I wanted to talk about was Sam being backed by Rebecca because I think that there is there's a respect between the two of them
[00:56:22] and as we know it develops little bit more about it as we get to those moments too, but it's something because it's a trope. I guess I don't know But at least they don't give it to us until the end of season three like it's not the whole season Mm-hmm. It reminds me of if you watch how I met your mother it reminds me of Barney Ted and Robin Shabatsky. Yeah Totally unneeded kind of funny, but you know, I mean and look I'm gonna put it out there too
[00:59:06] I've said this before during our loss coverage. What's funny to me is that is that? Like as a viewer I never picked up on it until the third season because it you know never really matters to me anyways, but It's just funny because in season three if you're not looking if you're not looking at the signs that they're dropping the breadcrumbs
[01:00:20] That they're dropping along the way. You're like we've just decided to make this player gay for what reason
[01:00:25] You know, but then you go back and you rewatch it and you're like oh I see
[01:01:26] he's he is out. You know, he I mean, he's already publicly out, I think in this world, in this universe, but he it's never addressed. So we just kind of don't know. Right. But he is huge in
[01:01:35] helping Colin to this idea of being more comfortable, it outside of the show. Yeah, well, it's that important. Yeah So but I think that's pretty much all I had I wanted to you know
[01:03:03] there was the like grinder comment and then I
[01:04:05] wrong. But it'd be nice. I think everything should be anonymous these days. I really do. I like the idea of making friends through an app like that. But I don't know if I would
[01:04:13] use it as a dating app. Well, I think that it's nice because people are pretty superficial.
[01:04:22] And it is good to get to know somebody for look like. I don't like that idea. Right. But maybe if like after like, well, after you've communicated 10 messages will reveal your picture to the other person.
[01:05:40] Maybe something like that.
[01:05:42] We are spending way too much time on a fake app.
[01:05:45] I don't care.
[01:05:45] I don't have Chuck E. Cheese here. Oh, yeah. Y'all might call it something different here, like Charles Edgar Chezerton, the third or something, right? He's a mouse, but he's also a musician. He loves video games and pizza. This whole interchange when they're talking about Chuck E. Cheese is just freaking hilarious. Which also leads me to, um, oh, we're, hold on. Where is it? All right. Lloyd, why don't you go all pat Meditar on me? Yeah. And hit you with my best shot fire away. Fire away. Um, when bad things happen to people like me, y'all tend to write about it without even being asked.
[01:08:22] That was very good.
[01:08:23] That was very true.
[01:08:25] Yes.
[01:08:26] I loved when he said that because he, he called out the Uh huh. Oh my gosh, it's so funny. It's so funny. And then the entire exchange between Nora and Rebecca when they're writing the email to Richard Cole, which you have. I have as a clip. Yeah.
[01:09:40] Are you are you playing it in the beginning?
[01:09:42] Are you going to just play right now?
[01:09:43] I'm going to play right now.
[01:09:44] Oh, perfect.
[01:09:45] Hey, Dick.
[01:09:46] Oh, dear Richard Cole.
[01:10:44] real quick. So the fact that she's like, I'm just going to deal with this right now. I'm like, yeah, you are a boss, that's bitch. Okay.
[01:10:49] Uh, Kielie's got me on that silly dating app she's promoting. The one with no pictures.
[01:10:56] That's the one. What? So now about? I was just trying to make you look good. You blew that. Yeah, I did.
[01:12:20] Yep.
[01:12:21] Yep. Yep.
[01:12:21] Yep.
[01:12:21] That was hilarious.
[01:12:23] Um, I like it right before the game. No, saw a horse pee once. That was a lot. Yeah, noisy too. Yeah, she you know, surprise that team joined him, but it's unique. It's uniquely this show that also has the money people like Rebecca supporting him as well. Yeah, I think that that's kind of, I think that that's what makes
[01:15:00] Ted Lasso special is that everything that you have ever wanted from bosses, from coworkers, from
[01:16:10] we are going to write this and execute this in a world that already accepts everybody for who they are. So there was none of that, there was none of the stigma that's attached in a negative way to people who are gay,
[01:16:19] people who are bisexual, just different ways of life, right? That sure I have a box of tissues sitting next to my recliner. That sounds smart. So, you know, I'll be ready for it. Cause as we've talked about before, I've gotten more emotional in my older age and I cry at almost anything. So I'm sure Good grief is gonna do it.
[01:17:41] And I wanna support,
[01:17:42] and I wanna support Dan Levy too.
[01:17:43] Cause.
[01:17:44] Cause he's amazing.
[01:17:46] Yeah.
[01:17:46] And I really wanna see where his career goes now David Schwimmer's episodes of Friends are always good. Well, I mean, it's like, um, yeah, I agree with you. I mean, even going into sci-fi, like episodes or movies of Star Trek with Jonathan Frakes, who I know this is gibberish to you, but I know I'm like, I don't know what you're talking about, but I'll support you. Jonathan Frakes played William Riker, who was number two to Patrick Stewart
[01:19:02] in next generation.
[01:19:03] And he's directed a number of episodes asasso. Let's see, because it's funny that I actually have Brett Goldstein's information up because I'm not I actually reached out to him his publicist to try and get him on the podcast. Let's see. He has why will you not send me to his credits?
[01:20:22] Let's see. Actor, writer, producer he wrote in season two? Well, he wrote two episodes in season two. He wrote episode six and he also read, wrote, beard after hours. He wrote beard after hours. He wrote beard after hours.
[01:21:43] That makes me love it even more.
[01:21:44] Yeah. He let's see.
[01:21:45] It actually, it says he wrote 13 episodes.
[01:22:43] The episode before that is where they play in, it's like a special game.
[01:22:45] It's not a season game.
[01:22:47] It's like they made it to an all-star game or something like that.
[01:22:49] Yeah, something like that.
[01:22:50] I can't remember what it's called.
[01:22:51] The all-star game that they do in season three
[01:22:54] is one of my favorite like C plotlines.
[01:22:58] I don't wanna get too far into it
[01:23:00] because I know like that we have a couple people that
[01:23:03] or you know, quite a few people actually
[01:23:05] that are doing their first watch. So there are a lot of aspects to this, and I'm sure you guys are going to have covered a ton of them, but there are some that I really either want to know or And that makes me go, what did she tell him? Was it just a matter of, hey, you know, see if you can see an opportunity to make it not
[01:25:44] about you and about somebody else? were going through when this originally aired and we still continue to still go through. I did notice that when Nora was dictating, dictating to Rebecca, she started off saying, dear Dickhole, and oh dear Richard Cole, Dick Cole,
[01:27:02] Dickhole, I thought I hadn't picked up on that before,
[01:27:05] I thought she was just calling her Dickhole.
[01:28:01] or was it that time? Yeah. Yeah.
[01:28:03] Because he is a good improv actor. So I'm very curious if maybe this was an opportunity for him to just kind of shut
[01:28:08] like just throw it out there and see what stuck.
[01:28:12] So I didn't, I didn't think about the fact that you that what Greg mentioned
[01:28:16] to you about how Dubai air specifically requested Sam.
[01:28:20] They wanted a Nigerian. Yeah.
[01:28:22] I didn't really think about that.
[01:28:23] And I don't think we talked about that either.
[01:28:26] No, because I missed it.
[01:28:27] I did too. Yeah. I wanted to put it past her back at Ode on it. She probably just like the rest of us has an email signature at the bottom where she doesn't have to sign off on anything. That's that's true. All right. The next email we got comes from our friend and when who is watching for the first
[01:29:43] time. This is her first watch. So I love it. Again, we don't listen and Kelly Roy is just so much fun to watch, whether he's being an absolute asked everybody or whether he's coming around and showing his warm side I just could watch him all day and Kelly is fantastic it would be very easy to have that cliched kind of wag which stands for wives and girlfriends it's a
[01:31:01] British footballer term I'm sure you guys obviously, and we're all big fans of her as well. So it's like, I'm so happy she's finally watching. And, you know, this is the first time that she's watching. So I'm glad that, you know,
[01:32:21] that that's the reason why we do the spoiler talk.
[01:32:24] Right.
[01:32:25] For people. Yeah, for people like her
[01:32:27] who have never seen it before to actually still you do it all on time. Not only on time, but are actually ahead. Yeah. It's true. We're out of the game. Which is the first for us. We're a little tired of the back-handed comments, you know. Well, that's just par for the course for revisited.
[01:33:40] Yeah.
[01:33:41] Exactly.
[01:33:42] All right, which leads us to our the right thing, even if you lose. Not only that, but taking the loss of that game, it was one of those things where they realized what was more important at the time. Which was supporting the team rather than winning. The win wasn't important to them in that moment. It was the fact that they all came together as a team. And as they jokingly say, we did something together, which was, hey, we broke the tie
[01:36:22] streak.
[01:36:25] It was by losing, discovered it very recently myself. So I, Kristen and I disagree on the mass singer because I know she thinks it's a joke and I actually. I actually enjoy watching it.
[01:37:41] But T-Pain actually won season one of the mass singer. I say I'm cooked to War Pigs by Black Sabbath. Oh, that's what it is. I thought it was a Rage Against the Machine for some reason. No, War Pigs is Black Sabbath, but Gavin DeGraw, and he does a bunch of different journeys, don't stop believing. He does a bunch of great numbers. Money, Cravitz, American woman. Yeah, which was really good. Which was really good.
[01:39:01] But I really feel like he needs to write
[01:39:04] and release original R&B music. that one go just go to YouTube and it's or Spotify and just search T-Pain on top of the covers. It is an amazing concert performance. My recommendation is a game show. Don't think I've ever recommended a game show before, but it's a brand new show. There's only at this point one episode out at the time you're hearing this on Monday, the new episode is
[01:40:23] tonight because it's on Mondays. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's not fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair. It's fair.
[01:41:40] It's fair.
[01:41:41] It's fair.
[01:41:42] It's fair.
[01:41:43] It's fair.
[01:41:43] It's fair.
[01:41:44] It's fair.
[01:41:45] It's fair.
[01:41:46] It's fair.
[01:41:47] It's fair.
[01:41:48] It's fair.
[01:41:48] It's very strange. Well, I mean, there's been scientific studies that show that wine is actually good for your heart.
[01:43:04] Right. ambitions are lowered. I don't like any of that. I hate it. I hate it when I feel the need to apologize to people the next day for stuff that I don't even remember doing that. And the older I get, the less it takes. So I'll drink like two or three glasses of wine over the course of an evening. And I don't remember New Year's Eve, I had a hard cider. That was it. I had a, God, I don't even remember what it is. But I had like an apple flavored cider and I had a quarter of a glass of champagne to celebrate the New Year.
[01:45:40] Yeah, I know we were drinking on New Year's either,
[01:45:42] but Dave was like super sick,
[01:45:44] so I wasn't gonna drink alone.
[01:45:46] But I don't think I had to be able to feed like our whole family on one box. And now it's like, maybe I've got two of us. Well, so at first off, I don't want this to sound like we're coming across as like sober preachers. Cause if you drink, it's fine. Like as long as you're doing it in moderation and you're responsible. Yeah, yeah, whatever.
[01:47:00] But on that note of inflation, exactly.
[01:47:02] But on that note of inflation, I delivery cost is going up from $9.99 to $12.99. And it got to a point where I was like, fuck this. So it's almost $100 a month for water. Yeah. So I, it was $74 a month. It went from
[01:48:21] $30 to $74 a month. And two years. Four water, close my fucking account. Yeah, something has to be done about services, costs and everything. It's just ridiculous. It's ridiculous that to eat good food, good food, good wholesome food is now becoming an upper class luxury.
[01:49:42] Yeah.
[01:49:43] That's just that's boggles my mind.
[01:49:47] Boggles my line. And as you brought up before it aired in April, it aired in August. So it didn't even air at Christmas. Oh, perfect. Okay. So we're actually closer
